Ming Dequan criticized for plagiarism

For several years, Ming Dequan (明德泉) has been financing his musical dreams with money embezzled from Celestial Nutrifoods' investors, who keep having nightmares. In 2011, he produced a concert at the Musikverein in Vienna, where singer Ho-Shiang Huang (黄鹤翔) performed the song Moon and Stars (日月星辰), which by then had been released as a single by Ming Dequan's music producing company Beijing Tianyuanxinyu International Media Co., Ltd. (北京天寰新宇国际传媒有限公司). A few months before that concert, in 2010, Ming's music company produced the song You Do Not Want To Leave (不愿你离去), which was written by him and performed by Ho-Shiang. The single of that song was launched amidst criticism of plagiarism, because You Do Not Want To Leave is similiar to You Lie Hidden From My Eyes (你的谎言瞒过我的眼睛), which was published much earlier. Incredibly, Ming's music company threatened the producers of You Lie Hidden From My Eyes with a 2 million yuan lawsuit! But what else can you expect from a bounder like Ming Dequan?

This is the cover of You Do Not Want To Leave by Ho-Shiang Huang. The song was produced by Ming Dequan's music producing company, Beijing Tianyuanxinyu International Media Co., Ltd., which was financed with funds from Celestial Nutrifoods.

A Tale of Two Donkeys (走着瞧)

On October 21st, 2008, Ming Dequan released his feature length film called A Tale of Two Donkeys at the Tokyo International Film Festival. Guess who financed the movie without their knowledge? The investors of Celestial Nutrifoods! In order to embezzle their funds so that the production of this movie could be financed, Ming Dequan setup a company called Beijing Tianhua Xinyu Co., Ltd. (北京天华新宇有限公司). The movie was published by Beijing Tianyuanxinyu International Media Co., Ltd. (北京天寰新宇国际传媒有限公司), Ming's music producing company.

The "Moon and Stars" concert in Vienna

Whilst investors wonder where their money is, Ming Dequan produced a concert in Vienna, which was performed at the Musikverein on March 14, 2011. Ming Dequan not only produced the concert, he also wrote the lyrics for "Moon and Stars," which has a similar title as Celestial Nutrifoods' brand: Sun Moon and Stars. According to the reporters, Wang Fenghuang Entertainment and Sina Entertainment, Mr Ming is a "successful businessman" and, now, a famous poet. It is highly likely that the money to finance such a production came from the investors of Celestial Nutrifoods.

This is the hotel Ming Dequan, the Executive Chairman of Celestial Nutrifoods, built in Daqing, Heilongjiang. It is highly likely that it was financed using funds from Celestial Nutrifoods, whose facilities are nearby. In case you want to visit it, it is called the Daqing Manhaway Hotel (大庆曼哈维大酒店).
